MotionAI Terms of Use

Effective date: 30 September 2026

These terms apply to the MotionAI iPhone app and the website (getmotionai.com), made by Ozcan Zafer Ayan ("we"). By using MotionAI you agree to them. For the iPhone app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The service

MotionAI creates short videos from your photos and prompts using AI models. AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate, and results vary between attempts. Features, templates and models may change.

Your content

• Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, you need their permission.
• Don't use MotionAI to create content that is sexual, shows minors in any inappropriate way, harasses or impersonates someone to deceive others, infringes someone's rights, or is otherwise illegal.
• You keep your rights in your photos and prompts. You let us, and the providers we use, process them only to create your videos.
• You may use the videos you create, subject to the law and the rights of the people shown in them. We don't claim ownership of them.

We may refuse a request or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is sold as auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions through Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Credits

• Creating a video uses credits. The cost is shown before you create it.
• Credits come with Premium plans, credit packs, daily rewards and occasional promotions.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a video fails or is canceled before it's made, its credits are returned automatically.
• Credits used for a video that was created aren't refunded, even if you don't like the result.
• We may change credit prices for future videos, and change or end daily rewards and promotions.
• If a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted may be removed from your balance.

Availability

We work to keep MotionAI available but can't guarantee it will always work without interruption. We may change or discontinue the service.

Disclaimer and liability

MotionAI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
